Heat treatment
| In processing we often use heatsteps
to get rid of solvents or to change morphology of a thin film. In the first case we offer hotplates (up to 350C) and dry furnaces used at 60C or 90C (dry furnaces after water rinse). Heraeus vacuum plate furnaces (max temp.~300C) with a possibility to backfill with nitrogen and convection furnaces like carbolite, Heraeus and VWR with temperatures up to 500C are available to crosslink, change morphology or to remove chemically absorbed water. |
