The mechatronics group can help our customers
to develop, select or improve process equipment or demonstrator devices (mechatronics
prototyping). We focus on micromanipulation and motion systems, supported by
application knowledge in a variety of fields: optical and vision systems,
air-bearings, motion control, micro- and nanomanipulation, micro-dosing and
deposition of fluids, laser systems. |
