INTRODUCTION
BEYOND/USIX technology seminar will be held in the city of Oulu, in Northern Finland. The program will consist of presentations and demonstrations given by BEYOND project members and invited speakers.

A wide variety of application areas - such as automotive, avionics, health, home
and public environments, mobile telecommunication, vetronics - will be on the focus of the

and the participants are accepted in order, so early registrations are recommended.

Registration fee is 200 Euro (+ VAT). Fee includes coffee, lunch, possible

Fee is charged afterwards.

An evening program with a dinner will be arranged. If you are interesting in
participating
to this informal evening gathering, please indicate that on the registration information.
ACCOMMODATIONS
No special hotel reservation has been made for the seminar (except for BEYOND project members).

June is usually the nicest summer month in Oulu area. The weather should
be warm but not too hot (15 - 22 C). Midsummer celebration (23rd June) is
on the same week as meeting, and the longest day of the year is actually on 21st June.
