INTRODUCTION

BEYOND technology seminar will be held in the city of Kuurne, in Southern Belgium. The program will consist of presentations and demonstrations given by BEYOND project members.

TOPICS OF THE SEMINAR

The topics of the seminar are in presentations:

• Home domain & home experiences 
• Virtual Guide Approach
• UI editor
• The Intelligent, Adaptive Flight Deck 

Also 16 different demonstraters will be shown during the whole day on a wide variety of application area's, such as, vetronics/ avionics, healthcare, enabling technologies, home domain and public environments.

REGISTRATION  

Registration should be done before November 9th 2001. The seats in the seminar are limited
and the participants are accepted in order, so early registrations are recommended.

REGISTRATION FEE  

Registration fee for this open event  is  220 Euro (+ TAX). The fee includes coffee, lunch, possible material from presenters. The fee is charged at the entrance of the exhibition floor .  

ACCOMMODATIONS  

No special hotel reservation has been made for the seminar. If hotel accommodations are needed, 
we ask you to contact directly the hotels in Kortrijk, not far from Kuurne. A list of hotels is please  included in your subscribtion package or view the website www.kortrijk.be .
