• Instead of browsing cluster tree, more natural browsing uses global story units (GSU)

• GSU’s represent meta-information about the key frames

• The number of GSU’s is much smaller than the number of key frames

• GSU detection is sequential method, based on

  • key frame similarity
  • temporal nearness
